Follow the Instructions carefully once you have completed your test:

Read the link below to a CNET article discussing net neutrality and find an article that agrees with a point made by CNET and an article that disagrees with a point made by CNET. Then go back to Moodle to the Net Neutrality forum and post your opinion as to whether the net neutrality legislation is a good or bad thing in 2-3 sentences and then paste the article links below your argument. See the forum for additional details.

What is the binary number system?

The following resources (video and links below video) should be used to help you learn about the difference between the decimal number system and the binary number system. First, click on the play button to view the video on binary numbers then click each of the two links and read the articles. You may have to click the play button twice depending on your browser. Watch the video then click on the two links below the video to read a couple articles on the binary number system. After you have watched the video and read the two articles, you should then be able to complete the homework activity you were given in class on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
